The external cover of The Shakti Eye Pillow can be cold machine washed simply by removing the clay bead insert prior to washing. Leave the cover to hang dry out of direct sunlight. If the insert requires cleaning, gently hand wash it in soapy water before leaving it to air dry flat.

Had major migraine due to low iron. Used it in conjunction with acupressure head band. Went to bed, woke up and it was gone. Good not to take medication.

All good, no bad & looooove the spikey!
I find of all the practices I have tried to relax my excitable mind & restless body SHAKTI is 100%the winner! I have tried the cheap knock off ones (lets face it many of us are guilty when we're unsure if we'll like it) & quickly realised spikes were definitely for me! Now I've upgraded to SHAKTI I have been recommending to EVERYONE & have baught so many products with my eye now on the leg wraps and spikey ball. Do not hesitate the quality is definitely worth it.
